When to join a video consultation with a vet?
When joining a video consultation, we recommend joining your consultation a few minutes prior to your confirmed time. Your confirmation email contains your joining link. Please click and accept any prompts to allow access to your camera and microphone. Your vet will then join your consult at around your allocated time.

All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and we felt comfortable putting our pup in their hands.
